Reason for Participating in NOMAN:
"I will not profess to know the level of heartache that comes with
losing someone to cancer, but with a wife who is a doctor and
someone who witnesses first-hand the devastation it causes, I
have a better understanding than I used to of why the HPV
vaccination programme is quite simply a necessity."
ANDREW TOUMAZI
Andrew has been in the commodities market since graduating and currently
trades oil at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Andrew is half Cypriot and half
English and got married last year in the UK and Cyprus. Andrew’s wife is a
qualified doctor currently undertaking a Masters at Imperial College and
brings the brains and beauty to the relationship so NOMAN offers his last
best hope of showing he is the brawn. Andrew would never wish to belittle
undertaking a marathon or a cycle ride for charity but for him it’s a far more
exciting prospect to be part of an inaugural challenge that we all hope will be
the start of a legacy; one that can meaningfully change lives doing an
endurance event in a sport that will always be important to him.
